ChangeWave’s latest consumer smart phone survey – conducted immediately after Apple’s iPhone 6 and 6 Plus announcement – has taken an up-close look at the impact these new Apple releases are having on future demand.

The September 18-30 survey of 4,161 respondents also measured customer satisfaction, OS preferences, and demand for phablets, along with consumer interest in Apple Pay and the growing field of mobile payment services.

This survey focuses primarily on the North American smart phone market – with 87% of respondents from the U.S.
