Demand for large screen smart phones continues to gain momentum, according to recent ChangeWave surveys. Early on Samsung made its mark in this space, and still remains well-positioned. In April Samsung released Galaxy S 5, the newest big-screen smart phone in their flagship line.

This report takes a close-up look at the reactions of 130 Galaxy S 5 owners – including customer satisfaction, key likes and dislikes, and top uses of their new Samsung device.
