ChangeWave’s latest corporate IT survey shows a slight seasonal downtick in U.S. business spending going forward. Nonetheless, it’s the best 4th Quarter IT spending outlook of the past seven years.

A total of 1,544 respondents involved with IT spending in their organization participated in the August 6-26 survey, which also focused on business demand for smart phones, tablets and PCs. ChangeWave Research is a service of 451 Research.
