ChangeWave's latest survey shows a very slight uptick in IT spending going forward, but the pace of improvement is slower than we found last quarter. Nonetheless, this is the second consecutive improvement and there are several pockets of momentum.

A total of 1,492 respondents involved with IT spending in their organization participated in the May 8-31 survey, which also focused on business demand for smart phones, tablets and PCs. ChangeWave Research is a service of 451 Research.
